Since the 1 december this year you can avoid visiting ZUS while starting the sp z o.o. (limited liability company) in Poland. The condition is to fullfil properly the form at KRS and tax office ( NIP-8). ZUS will take over the completion of: ZUS ZPA, ZUS ZAA, ZUS ZBA for you. ZUS will do this if the registration documents at KRS are entirely correct and the NIP-8 is submitted on time e.g. 7 days after registration at KRS. Select the right accountancy office to avoid mistakes in forms.
