Personnel- related activities

1. Introduction of labour rulebook and bhp (labour safety and sanitation rules) –strong cooperation with clients regarding implementation of rules is requested.
2. Giving proposal for labour law contract as well as civil law contract.
3. Setting up employee files (required if labour law contract) or other files for civil law contractors.
4. Keeping of personnel files according following rules:

A) Documents regarding recruitment:

a personnel entry form, the certificates of employment, the document confirming qualifications and skills, the diplomas, the certificates of graduation, a medical certificate and other documents requested by law;

B) Documents regarding employment:

an employee contract, a written acceptance of labour rules and bhp rules, the documents confirming entrusting of objects or materials to employee, the documents confirming obtaining of further qualifications , a termination of conditions, the documents regarding maternity leave, paternity leave, parental leave, unpaid leave, the medical certificates regarding periodical health control.

C) Documents descripting an ending of employment:

a termination of contract, the employee requests for personnel certificates, a copy of employment certificate, the documents confirming a garnishee order on salary, a competition ban contract, a medical certificate made after termination of contract.

5. Registration of employees and their family members at ZUS (Social Security Institution)
6. Preparation of employee certificates.
7. Giving proposals for termination.

Payroll

1. Implementation of labour schedule guidelines (strong cooperation with client is requested at this stage).
2. Calculation of employee pay, civil contract pay, drafting up of pay slips.
3. Preparation of dedicated reports of personnel (RMUA) and their electronic submission to ZUS.
4. Preparation of ZUS statements (DRA) and their electronic submission.
5. Registration, change registration and de-registration at ZUS.
6. Calculation of income tax for employees.
7. Calculation of benefits, bonuses and leaves of employees.
8. Preparation of tax statements: PIT-4, PIT-5, PIT-5L, PIT-8B, PIT-11, PIT-28, PIT-40.
